Run2BeWell

In December of 2017, my sister passed away while I was running a 5k. For a while I swore I would never run again — but slowly, it became an outlet for me. Running helped me process my grief and has become an important part of my mental health.

I started Run2BeWell for that very reason, to inspire others to take charge of their physical and mental health through community. Whether you’re just starting out or been running for years, whatever your reason, let’s keep running together.
