Spinal Manipulation

Through spinal manipulation we increase the range of motion of a spinal or extremity joint. It is both a safe and effective way to reduce pain and stiffness.

Graston Technique (IASTM)

This technique uses a variety of medical grade stainless steel tools that enables clinicians to treat soft tissue dysfunction by effectively breaking down fascial restrictions and scar tissue. By introducing a local inflammatory response within the tissue, adhesions within muscles are broken down to allow functional restoration such as strength and range of motion to occur.

Trigger Point Therapy

This form of therapy focuses on painful or irritated “knots” within muscle or fascia. In some cases, these knots may send pain to other areas of the body in what is commonly known as “referred pain”. Not only are they painful, but they may also restrict range of motion and cause weakness within a muscle. They are caused by trauma, repetitive motion or injury, emotional stress, or as a mechanism of a muscle to compensate in response to injury in another area.

Electric Muscle Stimulation Therapy (E-Stim)

E-STIM is a therapeutic treatment that uses electrical stimulation in treating muscle spasms and pain. It can also help prevent the atrophy of muscles and build strength in patients with injury.

Kinesiology Taping

Kinesiology taping is a form of therapy that stabilizes muscles and joints during injury recovery. It improves lymphatic drainage and circulation to promote healing within muscles.

Myofascial Release

Myofascial release is a form of therapy that uses manual pressure and stretching to loosen restricted motion and decrease overall pain.
